Learn the oldest building technique!

 

Our quarter acre lot needs a wall built around most of the perimeter. We will be teaching workshops throughout the process.

 

For a donation of $20 you can learn all the ins and outs of building with cob, through hands on experience of every step of construction. Learn how to build a proper foundation. How to mix the right ratios of clay, straw, etc. How to build sturdy structures that will stand the test of time.

 

Our first workshops will be more of an introduction to cob, and experimenting with the material to get a good understanding of it and how it can be used.

 

The workshop includes a light vegetarian lunch, and we encourage bringing something to share. It is great for starting conversations.
